We use the collected information strictly in alignment with our Terms & Conditions and the nature of Bulkk X as a B2B marketplace and facilitator. Information is used to:

• Facilitate marketplace transactions, negotiations, and escrow workflows

• Enable anonymous or limited-profile interactions during pre-transaction stages, as defined in our Terms & Conditions

5.1 Buyer–Seller Data Visibility

• During discovery, negotiation, and pre-order stages, user identities may remain partially anonymized to prevent circumvention of the Platform.

• Identifiable information is disclosed only when required for invoicing, shipping, tax compliance, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

• Any attempt to bypass the Platform using disclosed information constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Escrow & Payment Partners

• Transaction-related data is shared with regulated payment aggregators, escrow banks, and settlement partners solelyfor processing payments.

• Bulkk X does not store sensitive financial credentials such as card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.

5.3 Service Providers

• Cloud infrastructure, analytics, communication, KYC, and customer support providers, bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

5.4 Legal, Regulatory & Tax Authorities

• Where required under applicable laws including the IT Act, DPDP Act, GST laws, court orders, or government directions.
