Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Platform Role

The Company operates only as an aggregator. The primary commercial obligation lies between the buyer and the seller[cite: 108, 112].

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Buyer Cancellation: Permitted only if the seller has not confirmed the order or dispatched goods[cite: 115, 116].
  • Seller Cancellation: Permitted for stock unavailability, pricing errors, or force majeure[cite: 120, 121, 122].

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds shall not be issued for confirmed/fulfilled orders, initiated logistics, or platform/escrow fees[cite: 130, 131, 134].

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered for approved cancellations, failed payments, or verified non-fulfillment by the seller[cite: 137, 138, 140].

  • Method: Original payment source only. No cash refunds[cite: 142, 143].
  • Timeline: Initiation within 5-7 business days; credit reflection in 7-10 business days[cite: 145, 146].

5. Limitation of Liability
