1. Platform Role
The Company operates only as an aggregator. The primary commercial obligation lies between the buyer and the

2. Cancellation Policy
- Buyer Cancellation: Permitted only if the seller has not confirmed the order or

- Seller Cancellation: Permitted for stock unavailability, pricing errors, or force

3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds shall not be issued for confirmed/fulfilled orders, initiated logistics, or platform/escrow

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered for approved cancellations, failed payments, or verified non-fulfillment by the
