These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the Bulkk X web and mobile application platform ("Platform"), owned and operated by SAV Agrotech LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India[cite: 163].
Users must be legally competent to contract under Indian law. Business Users must provide valid registration documents including but not limited to GST, PAN, and CIN/LLP details[cite: 172, 173].
Bulkk X is a technology-enabled B2B marketplace facilitator[cite: 176]. We do not own, manufacture, store, transport, or sell any goods listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated[cite: 178]. All goods are solely owned by the respective Sellers or Buyers[cite: 179].
Certain transactions may mandatorily use escrow-based payment settlement provided through RBI-authorized partners[cite: 182, 183]. Funds are released based on Buyer confirmation, Delivery confirmation, or other predefined triggers[cite: 184].
Users are strictly prohibited from listing or trading illegal, hazardous, counterfeit, or banned goods[cite: 224, 225]. Any seizure or penalty arising from such goods is the sole responsibility of the User[cite: 228].
Bulkk X may provide an internal dispute facilitation mechanism. In escrow disputes, Bulkk X's decision shall be procedurally final for fund release purposes[cite: 232, 233].
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction[cite: 253, 254].
